Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning and maintain proper serving temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies; keep storage areas neat and organized.
• Follow HACCP standards and safety procedures; report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Assist in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
