The role emphasizes health standards and Safe Serv practices, with a focus on confidentiality and respectful interactions with clients.

Candidates must be 18+, pass the Minnesota DHS background check, and have broad cooking skills for three meals daily.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Able to pass Minnesota DHS background study.
• Physical demands: daily use of computer, phone, and kitchen facility equipment; ability to sit/stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Broad cooking skills for 3 meals a day in a full-service kitchen; Safe Serv practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious meals for clients in a residential treatment facility or for outpatient programs.
• Maintain health standards for food preparation and kitchen cleanliness.
• Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with state guidelines and HIPAA requirements.
• Work split shift hours when required and interact professionally with clients.
