Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a full-time chef to prepare high-quality meals per standard recipes and dietary orders, while ensuring safety and cleanliness in the kitchen. You will collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Sous Chef to manage food and supply, secure timely prep, store leftovers properly, and maintain accurate inventories.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in all stations of a hotel kitchen or restaurant.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with the restaurant team.
• Self-motivated, organized, professional, able to multitask.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
