Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a full-time cook at The Enclave at Anthem Senior Living in Anthem, AZ. You will prepare high-quality meals following standard recipes and accommodate special diets, with a schedule from 10:30am to 7:00pm.

You will collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Sous Chef to manage all food and supply aspects, ensuring proper storage, timely prep, and accurate inventories.

Qualifications

• At least two years in all stations of a hotel/restaurant kitchen or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with other restaurant team members.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional; able to multitask.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management, including securing items in time for prep, storing leftovers properly, and maintaining inventories.
