Boston Beer Corporation is hiring a full-time Cook for Brewings & Eats. You will create world-class food to complement our beers and spirits, ensuring timely, sanitary, and consistent dishes.

You will follow recipes, set up stations, and help control food costs while maintaining safety and sanitation standards in a high-volume kitchen. This role requires standing long hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and teamwork across kitchen and service areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of culinary/kitchen experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Accurate recipe execution and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to timely fill food orders of consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
• Prepare and set up food for all stations according to par sheet specifications.
• Assist in controlling food costs through proper rotation, labeling, and storage.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and inventory levels, reporting concerns.
• Foster positive teamwork across kitchen, front of house, and other teams.
• Enforce safety and sanitation policies and complete checklists within timeframes.
• Uphold the company's sanitation program and safety standards.
