Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking a dedicated cook to join the culinary team. You will help deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and contribute to excellent guest service and a fun, team-driven atmosphere.

As part of a full-time role, you will work in a professional, state-of-the-art kitchen and participate in a comprehensive training program designed to accelerate your development and fit within our flexible or set schedules.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food items.
• Set-up of kitchen equipment.
• Station set-up, breakdown, and all necessary advance prep.

Responsibilities

• Read tickets to produce orders.
• Prep and cooking of food to recipe.
• Maintain high quality level of food production and presentation.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Assist in keeping line and prep area organized, stocked and clean.
