Marcus Theatres is seeking a motivated cook to join our culinary team at the movie theatre locations. You will contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen, ensuring food quality and guest satisfaction with each order.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen and knowledge of equipment.
• Ability to read tickets and prep orders.

Responsibilities

• Set-up of kitchen equipment and prep stations.
• Station setup, breakdown and advance prep.
• Read tickets to prepare orders and follow recipes.
• Prep and cook food to recipe specifications.
• Maintain high quality and presentation of dishes.
• Maintain sanitation standards throughout shifts.
• Keep line and prep area organized, stocked and clean.
• Follow directions from management and leadership.
• Assist in controlling food waste.

Your Job Duties May Include…
