Essentia Health is seeking a food service worker for St Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd, MN. This role delivers high quality, nutritious meals to patients and staff, handles large and small scale cooking, baking, and basic food preparation, and ensures cleanliness and proper stocking of service areas.

The position requires adherence to infection control guidelines, knowledge of dietary recipes, and Safe Serve certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen preparation or institutional food service preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification required within 90 days of hire.
• FTE 1; Day/Evening rotation; weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
