Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of experience in a health care facility preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive resident areas.
• Follow infection control practices during housekeeping.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and store properly.
• Clean floors, bathrooms, windows, and furnishings as instructed.
• Report hazardous conditions or equipment to supervisor.
• Maintain clean/organized workspaces and inventory of supplies.
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in training.
