Job summary

MorningStar of Arvada is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe living areas for residents. You will learn residents’ life stories while cleaning, and your efforts will be appreciated by the community.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, with a Sunday-Thursday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We emphasize caring culture, teamwork, and opportunities for growth within MorningStar Senior Living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year experience in a health care facility preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping tasks to keep resident areas clean, safe, and attractive.
• Follow infection control practices and safety precautions.
• Clean bathrooms, floors, windows, and furnishings daily.
• Report hazards, equipment issues, and supply needs to supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and proper storage.
• Attend departmental meetings and uphold core values.
