Responsibilities

• Provide direct, indirect, evidence-based supported employment services to adults with severe mental illness.
• Engage in job development and outreach to existing and prospective employers.
• Document vocational assessments and employment plans; maintain client records.
• Plan and monitor services to preserve client dignity and independence.
