Job summary

Center for Life Management is seeking a motivated Supported Employment Specialist to join our Adult Services team. This full-time role focuses on securing competitive community-based employment for clients, coordinating with treatment teams, and providing ongoing support in a collaborative, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Experience with motivational interviewing preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
• Willingness to work primarily in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly and/or biweekly individual and group Supported Employment services in the community, client’s home, public, or telehealth.
• Use motivational interviewing to support goal development and coping strategies.
• Engage clients in outcome tracking and employment-related goal setting.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Build relationships with employers, educators, clients, supports, and clinical team members.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Adhere to SE fidelity scales and documentation standards in the EHR.
• Meet weekly billable service expectations; incentive pay may apply for productivity.
• Represent CLM professionally in all community and employer settings.
• Comply with agency policies and state/federal regulations.
