Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing substance abuse evaluations and the management of consumers with a substance abuse disorder and major psychiatric disorder.
• Provides initial assessments, intake evaluations, crisis intervention, emergency outreach, information, and referral.
• Promotes integration of consumers into community based recovery resources.
• Performs on‑call requirements on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• MSW in social work or MA in psychology or counseling.
• Current LCADC/CADC certification.
• Current LSW or LAC in the State of New Jersey.
• Two years of previous clinical experience in direct service and substance abuse counseling preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9am-5pm; Wednesday, 1pm-9pm. Monday thru Friday, 4 days shifts, 1 evening shift.
