Lutheran SeniorLife invites applications for a Nursing Team Manager, LPN in Center Twp, Beaver County. This full-time role runs 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays with on-call responsibilities. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is offered and the program serves LIFE participants and in-home care clients.

The ideal candidate is a PA-licensed LPN with 2–3 years of nursing experience, plus 1 year in a supervisory role and experience with frail elderly populations.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in Pennsylvania.
• 2-3 years nursing experience and 1 year of management or leadership experience.
• One year experience with the frail and elderly population.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the delivery of Clinical and Home Care private duty care and in-home services for the LIFE Programs.
• Assist and participate in quality management, program development, and monitoring regulatory compliance.
