Job summary

Lutheran SeniorLife is seeking a Nursing Team Manager, LPN in Center Twp, Beaver County, PA. This full-time role runs 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities and a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year.

Under the direction of the Director of Clinic and Homecare, you will coordinate clinical and home care private duty services for LIFE programs, participate in quality management, and monitor regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in Pennsylvania.
• 2-3 years nursing experience and 1 year of management or leadership experience.
• One year experience with the frail and elderly population.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the delivery of Clinical and Home Care private duty services for LIFE programs.
• Assist and participate in quality management, program development, and monitoring regulatory compliance.
