Job summary

The Lutheran Home is seeking full-time Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate healthcare community. You’ll provide essential hands-on support and care to our residents, bringing comfort, dignity, and compassion to every part of their day.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri CNA certification.
• Minimum age 18.
• Willingness to work full-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with feeding residents.
• Weigh residents using appropriate scales.
• Assist with turning and positioning of residents.
• Transfer residents using proper body mechanics or lifting devices.
• Assist residents with mobility needs and safe use of mobility aids.
• Demonstrate safe use of medical equipment (lifts, braces, braces, oxygen).
• Keep residents' rooms clean and stocked.
