Job summary

Carolina Reserve of Hendersonville is seeking Resident Care Team Members or Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide high-quality resident care in a modern Assisted Living community. The role is Full-Time, 2PM–10PM, with every other weekend required.

Applicants may be CNAs or experienced PCAs and will be trained to obtain an 80-hour personal care certificate. Join a dedicated team delivering compassionate support, assisting with ADLs, meals, and activities, and documenting changes in resident

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED; state regulations may apply.
• Willing to obtain an 80-hour personal care training certificate.
• Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities.
• Assist with dining room service and clearing tables.
• Respond to emergency call system.
• Document and report changes to residents’ condition.
• Communicate with residents and families professionally.
• Maintain resident care documentation per Navion policies.
• Transport residents when required.
