Job summary

Carolina Reserve of Hendersonville is seeking a CNA, PCA or RCA to provide hands-on daily living assistance, connect with residents, and help them feel at home. This full-time role runs from 2 PM to 10 PM, with every other weekend required.

Tapcheck payroll access is available to team members, enabling earned wages on demand. A supportive Navion team environment, ongoing training, and patient-focused care are emphasized for successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED accepted.
• Willingness to obtain 80-hour personal care training certificate (Navion can provide).
• Strong communication, teamwork and dedication to serving seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfer and mobility.
• Prepare residents for meals and activities; assist in dining room and clear tables.
• Respond to resident emergency call system and observe/report changes to residents’ condition.
• Maintain care documentation per State regulations and Navion policies.
• Transport residents when required.
