Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Licensed CNA per state requirements; CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and professional correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per the resident care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments and document accurately.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Record entries on flow sheets and notes in a descriptive manner.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility to maintain dignity.
