Cypress Woods Care Center is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift. The role focuses on providing routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan under supervision.

Qualifications include state-licensed CNA status and CPR familiarity preferred. The incumbent will work closely with nursing staff to ensure compassionate, high-quality resident care in a structured facility environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws; CPR certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents before administering treatments, meals, or similarly related tasks.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow facility policies for handling protected health information.
• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident plans and instructions from supervisors.
