Job summary

Pathways Hospice in Weld County, Colorado, is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a full-time, on-site role. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a pay range of $19.93–$24.42 per hour and supplemental pay for mileage, shift diffs, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Requires Colorado CNA license and CPR certification.
• Hospice experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality supportive and skilled care to patients across hospice, palliative, and home care settings.
• Uphold agency positivity and maintain positive relations with patients, families and staff.
• Assist patients from neonates to geriatrics within scope of practice.
