Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with patient-care focus.
• Ability to observe and report changes to RN.
• Strong teamwork and compassionate patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and attend to patient requests promptly.
• Maintain patient safety and use equipment safely.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and linen changes.
• Assist in dressing and undressing of patients.
• Observe skin health and prevent tissue breakdown.
• Report patient status changes to the RN.
• Assist in ambulation and exercise as directed.
