Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Support mobility and transfers (ambulation, repositioning).
• Provide nutritional support and hydration assistance.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection control protocols.
• Communicate status and concerns to nursing staff promptly.
• Assist with basic procedures under supervision of licensed nurses.
