Sanford Health in St. James, MN is hiring a Full Time CNA for day shifts. 32 scheduled hours per week with every other weekend and holiday required. CNA certification is required, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.

The Nursing Assistant provides resident-centered care, assist with daily living activities, and supports the care team under RN supervision. Maintain infection control practices and documentation.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain CNA certification per state requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily activities; document care provided.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the charge nurse.
