Job summary

Golden Sonora Care Center in Sonora, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time positions across day, evening, and night shifts. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care, respecting rights, dignity, and individual needs while promptly addressing call lights and providing attentive support to daily activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, feeding residents as needed, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA Certification.
• Current First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights.
• Assists with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene.
• Feeds residents requiring help.
• Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk.
• Turns and re-positions residents, alone or with assistance.
• Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed.
• Completes documentation.
