Job summary

Mission Valley Post Acute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our full-time care team. We offer AM & PM shifts with a competitive pay rate of $24–$25 per hour based on experience, in a supportive post-acute setting.

Responsibilities include ADLs, vital signs, safe transfers, and meticulous documentation. Join a collaborative team of licensed nurses, rehab professionals, and caregiving staff dedicated to resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid California CNA certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care according to individual care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Assist with transfers, mobility, positioning, and resident safety.
• Measure and record vital signs; report changes to licensed nursing staff.
