Job summary

Mission Valley Post Acute in California is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our full-time care team. You will provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, assist with activities of daily living, and support licensed staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.

  • Measure and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff.
  • Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
  • Promote residents' dignity, privacy, independence, and comfort.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
  • Follow infection-control procedures and facility policies and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
