Salinas Valley Post Acute in Salinas, CA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time roles. Start rate $21.00–$25.00 per hour with a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Shifts include Day, Evening, and Night; 4 days on, 2 days off.

As part of our resident-centered care team, CNAs assist with ADLs, vitals, nutrition, and mobility, reporting changes to nursing leadership, and maintaining infection control. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification is required.
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused.
• Team-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data.
• Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration.
• Promptly report changes to nursing leadership.
• Maintain clean, safe care areas and follow infection control protocols.
