Job summary

McCormick Post Acute is a warm, family-like skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in McCormick, SC, seeking a compassionate CNA to join our full-time team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to care plans and physician orders, helping them live life to the fullest.

We offer $18–$22/hr, night/weekend shift differentials, 12-hour shifts, full-time benefits, and a friendly, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active South Carolina CNA certification.
• CPR certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and passion for resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments and document care as required.
• Record notes and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe and respectful environment for residents.
