Costa Del Sol Healthcare / East Los Angeles Healthcare, LLC seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan.

You will follow facility policies, identify residents before care, assist with activities of daily living, document changes, and work closely with nursing staff to maintain a warm and safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a high school diploma (10th grade) or equivalent.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as per state laws; CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and follow care plans and policies.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents before delivering care using wristband or photo ID.
• Perform routine daily nursing tasks in accordance with each resident's care plan.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Document all entries clearly on flow sheets, charts, and notes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Maintain resident rooms and equipment in a clean, safe state.
• Follow safety and privacy policies including confidentiality of health information.
