Job summary
RMC - CLEARFIELD OPERATING LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time role in an on-site Utah facility. The CNA will support residents with daily living activities, assist with mobility, meals, and transport, and document intake and weight changes.
Duties include reporting changes to the nurse and adhering to care plans and infection control policies. The role requires a CNA certification and CPR/BLS, with a preference for experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification or in good standing with state (preferred)
- CPR/BLS certification current
- Food Handler Permit current
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans
- Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, and mobility
- Coordinate dining room services and meal delivery/feeding assistance
- Document meal intake and weight changes as directed
- Monitor skin condition and report pressure areas
- Assist in toileting programs and completing daily flow sheets
- Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain confidentiality and follow infection control policies
- Participate in safety drills and training
