Job summary

Four Corners Regional Health Care Center in Blanding, UT is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant/NA. We welcome applicants working toward CNA certification and will support certification training.

As a Nursing Assistant in our skilled nursing facility, you will assist residents with daily activities, monitor condition, and communicate with the care team to ensure safety and quality of life. This role emphasizes independent judgment, compassion, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to make appropriate decisions independently when needed.
• Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures.
• Understanding of long-term care laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents in bed.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, mobility).
• Review dietary restrictions and preferences to ensure appropriate meals.
• Record intake and output as required.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.

Job Description

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
• Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
• Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising
• Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet
• Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary
• Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Requirements
