Job summary

HMG Healthcare LLC seeks a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide daily living support and essential patient care in a clinical setting. You will assist with grooming, bathing, feeding, and mobility while closely monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to nurses.

The role emphasizes infection control, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team to enhance patient comfort and safety. On-site work with flexible hours may be available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA certification/licensure as required by state regulations.
• Completion of an accredited Certified Nurse Assistant training program.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care techniques.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings including immunizations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Support patients with mobility needs, including transferring, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide nutritional support by assisting with feeding and ensuring patients receive proper hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient status, concerns, and changes in condition.
• Assist with basic medical procedures under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with healthcare regulations.
