Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per individualized care plans.
• Escort residents to meals, activities, and appointments; respond to call lights.
• Support restorative and rehabilitative goals during daily care.
• Record intake/output, monitor weights, and document daily cares.
• Maintain infection-control practices and professional resident interactions.
