The role emphasizes teamwork with leadership and the interdisciplinary team, documentation in EMR, infection control, and ongoing resident education. Iowa license and CPR are required; prior healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN or RN).
• Current Iowa nursing license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and provide direct nursing care.
• Administer medications according to PACHS policy.
• Respond to resident concerns and participate in resident education.
