Job summary

Lincoln County Care Center in Shoshone, Idaho, is hiring a Full Time CNA to answer call lights, assist residents with daily living activities, monitor comfort and dietary needs, document intake/output, and report changes to nursing staff.

You\'ll work 10am–10pm in a supportive team, with opportunities for on-the-job training, continuing education, and a flexible schedule that values compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents.
• Willingness to learn and follow state, local, and federal long-term care guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs.
• Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals.
• Monitor comfort, preferences, and dietary needs with dignity and respect.
• Document intake/output and report condition changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families.
