Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required in the state of application.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and repositioning.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment.
• Document care provided and observations per facility policies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a caring atmosphere.
