A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. is looking for a dependable cleaner/maintenance associate to support day-to-day service across facilities in Wilmington, Delaware. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and attention to detail in delivering high quality cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include restroom care, floor and window cleaning, trash removal, dusting and polishing furniture, and strict adherence to chemical safety protocols to protect surfaces and occupants.

Qualifications

• Must perform security and safety checks for facilities.
• Clean, service and restock restrooms and common areas.
• Collect and empty trash to maintain neat environments.
• Follow approved chemical cleaners and equipment safety procedures.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and scrub floors as needed to maintain surface care.
• Clean glass surfaces including windows and mirrors.
• Polish and dust furniture and fixtures to a presentable state.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment to remove debris.

Job Skills / Requirements

• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.

• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

Además, este rol abarcará las siguientes responsabilidades:
