Job summary

A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a diligent cleaning and maintenance professional to provide day-to-day cleaning and upkeep for a variety of facilities. You will be responsible for security checks, restroom service, trash removal, and adherence to chemical and equipment safety protocols.

Responsibilities include floor care, window cleaning, furniture polishing, and dusting of indoor surfaces. The role demands reliability and attention to safety in commercial environments.

Qualifications

• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliances to prevent hazards.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.

• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

Además, este rol abarcará las siguientes responsabilidades:

• Supervisar la seguridad y protección del edificio realizando tareas tales como cerrar las puertas con llave después de horas y verificar el uso de los aparatos eléctricos para asegurarse de que no se creen peligros.

• Quitar el polvo de muebles, paredes, máquinas y equipos.
