Job summary

A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a dedicated cleaner and maintenance technician to perform daily cleaning and upkeep for client facilities. You will ensure secure after-hours access, maintain restrooms, manage trash, and sanitize floors, windows, and fixtures across sites.

Responsibilities include following chemical safety procedures, using cleaning equipment properly, and maintaining overall site cleanliness to protect occupant health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience with daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to follow chemical cleaner procedures safely.
• Attention to detail in cleaning floors, windows, and fixtures.

• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use to prevent hazards.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment.

Además, este rol abarcará las siguientes responsabilidades:

• Supervisar la seguridad y protección del edificio realizando tareas tales como cerrar las puertas con llave después de horas y verificar el uso de los aparatos eléctricos para asegurarse de que no se creen peligros.
• Servicio, limpieza y suministro de baños.
• Recoger y vaciar la basura.

• Quitar el polvo de muebles, paredes, máquinas y equipos.
