The role focuses on safe, clean environments and reliable service to customers, with emphasis on following procedures and protecting building occupants. Responsibilities include restroom care, trash handling, floor cleaning, window cleaning, dusting, and routine upkeep.

Qualifications

• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliances to prevent hazards.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms; gather and empty trash.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to protect floors and fixtures.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming; clean windows and mirrors.
• Dust and polish furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

Responsibilities
