A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a diligent cleaner/maintenance technician to perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance across client sites in and around White Plains, NY.

The role emphasizes security-conscious cleaning, restroom upkeep, waste management, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals, with attention to floors, windows, and surfaces.

Qualifications

• Locking doors after hours to ensure security
• Cleaning and restocking restrooms to meet hygiene standards

• Following procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming building floors
• Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners
• Polishing furniture and fixtures to maintain appearance
• Dusting furniture, walls, machines and equipment regularly

Responsibilities

• Service, clean and stock restrooms to meet cleanliness standards.

• Clean windows, mirrors and glass surfaces with appropriate cleaners and tools.
• Polish furniture and fixtures to keep interiors looking presentable.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, walls, machines and equipment.

• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.

• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

Además, este rol abarcará las siguientes responsabilidades:
