Job Summary Details:

Pay: $19.45 PER HR

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

1. Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
2. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
3. Notify the Manager concerning the need for repairs or additions to building systems
4. Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and managers
5. Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures
6. Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
7. Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment as needed
8. Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors using appropriate cleaners and tools
9. Wash and replace blinds
10. Gather and empty trash
11. Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping, raking leaves, cutting grass, removing snow
12. Wipe and clean furniture and equipment in food areas
13. Service, clean, and supply restrooms
