Job summary

Optimum Staffing Solutions in Valley View, OH, is seeking a delivery driver with a Class B CDL and at least 12 months of verifiable CDL-B driving experience. The role involves loading, unloading, and delivering premium materials to local multi-stop routes, with home daily schedules and overtime after 40 hours.

Compensation is $24.00–$26.00 per hour ($50,000–$66,000+ annually), paid weekly, with opportunities for raises and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Minimum 12 months of verifiable CDL-B driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience making local multi-stop deliveries.
• Warehouse experience including loading, unloading, inventory, and material handling preferred.
• Ability to understand bills of lading and picking sheets.
• Experience using an iPad or tablet is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must pass a DOT Physical, Drug Screen, Background Check, Driving Test, and MVR Review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium surface materials, including hardwood flooring, countertops, backsplash tile, and related products.
• Perform touch freight, assisting with loading, unloading, securing cargo, and organizing materials.
• Support warehouse operations by handling inventory, receiving shipments, order picking, staging products, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Secure loads using straps, chains, ties, and binders while ensuring all cargo is transported safely.
• Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintain DOT compliance, and provide exceptional customer service during every delivery.
• Paid Weekly with excellent overtime pay, annual raises, and full benefits
