Requirements

• Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting
• Strong soccer knowledge and background as a player or coach
• Excellent communication, energy, and enthusiasm for youth development
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Positive, patient, and encouraging demeanor with children of all skill levels
