Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in an occupational therapy setting preferred; new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and document in accordance with facility policy.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, and nursing teams to support patient education.
• Lead or assist with activities of daily living and mobility exercises.
