Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Medford, OR, part of the Volare Health network, is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide high-quality care. • Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• Recent education or completed clinical hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
• Follow care plans and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Maintain clean and organized resident rooms
• Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care
• Perform additional duties as assigned
