Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions seeks Certified Medication Technicians to support residents in a cutting-edge assisted living and memory care community. The role emphasizes high-quality medication administration and resident care oversight with a focus on safety and dignity.

This is a full-time position with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift coverage and alternating weekends. The Reserve at Mills Farm partners with Tapcheck to offer on-demand pay benefits to eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of State Approved Medication Aide course & test required.
• Prior Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form within an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive relationship with residents, family members and staff.
• Promotes residents' rights and treats residents with dignity and respect.
• Attends in-service and education programs; complete required continuing education.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information per HIPAA guidelines.
• Document accurately and informatively; report changes in residents' condition promptly to supervisor.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to training.
