Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Team player able to work with residents, families and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain positive relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Promote and protect residents’ rights with dignity and respect.
• Attend in-service and continuing education as required by state regulations.
• Remain calm and professional under stressful conditions.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ information per HIPAA.
• Adhere to dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
• Complete documentation accurately and informatively.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition promptly to supervisors.
• Complete tasks and schedules according to community policies.
• Operate equipment safely and only with trained training.
• Implement infection control practices consistently.
• Demonstrate knowledge of fire and emergency procedures.
