You will monitor vital signs, maintain medication records, and collaborate with the team to provide person-centered care. A state CMA credential and CNA requirements may apply; basic computer skills and clear English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Technician or Certified Medicine Aide course completed and current certification per state requirements.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA program if required by state of employment.
• Must read/write/speak English to ensure safety and care.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine and PRN medications as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report observations to supervising nurse.
• Maintain accurate medication documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to provide person-centered care.
